IT IS NO LONGER NECESSARY TO SEARCH FRANTICALLY FOR THE CALENDAR YOU WISH TO SIGN UP FOR BELOW. PLEASE CLICK ON THE LAB (IN THE BLACK LINK BAR BELOW) THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE AND ADD YOUR NAME TO ANY EMPTY TIME. THE LAB SCHEDULES ARE IN EFFECT UP TO THE END OF JUNE. IN JUNE WE WILL REVISE THE SCHEDULES FOR THE SUMMER AND THE COMING YEAR. THANKS!!

All UCHS Computer Labs are available for use during non-scheduled class times. Please email UCHSTECHSTAFF@gmail.com or hscribneruchs@gmail.com if there is a problem reserving your time. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served-basis only, and can be reserved for up to a semester in advance. All teachers are reminded that some of these rooms are classrooms for our technology teachers and that they are responsible for the proper behavior of their students and for the physical security of the equipment and rooms they are in. Specific software and hardware requirements can be made available upon request.

All other security measures will be implemented and maintained. All maintenance issues will be reported by the end of the business day, and any security violations or damage incidents will be reported immediately.

A New Way To Schedule Lab Times

Everyone:

I apologize for not being able to move existing lab reservations into the system. It is important that each staff member sign in and reserve the periods they need the lab themselves. This way you would get an email if the lab reservation changes or if there is a conflict. Thanks for being patient. I am sure this new reservation system will help alleviate any issues of double-booking or other types of conflict.
